Safe reporting procedure

Red Deer Herbs recognises that the decision to report a concern can be a difficult one to make, that’s why we operate a safe reporting system for employees which provides the right to confidentially report any issues that may arise.


Employees wishing to use the safe reporting email should

  • Only disclose information in good faith
  • Believe it to be substantially true
  • Not act maliciously or make false allegations
  • Must not seek any personal gain
  • State whether they wish to be contacted or would like to remain anonymous
  • State whether they agree to be contacted so that any further details can be taken and the complaint dealt with thoroughly
