Our state of the art production facilities allow us to provide cut and chopped herbs to specific sizes to form the bulk of our production. 
​​We can produce fine-milled frozen to 12mm fresh. A puree to a free-running sprinkle fresh herb garnish - with very low microbe counts.

By collaborating and working closely with Product Development (NPD) personnel within our client companies, we ensure that new dishes incorporate herbs that are excellent value and of the finest quality.

We take food safety very seriously and consider it ‘mission critical’ to our business and success. 
We ensure our ethics and traceability of our supply chain is sustainable and of a responsible nature whilst our paperwork and certifications are all up to date and fully compliant with the FSA and governing bodies.
We deploy a method of heat treatment on our fresh herbs, which destroys bacteria, yeasts and moulds whilst also extending the shelf life of the product.
This process adds insignificantly to the cost of the product whilst delivering a wealth of benefits such as biosecurity, appearance, freshness and most importantly taste. We have developed this technique to allow fresh garnishes to be used on high-risk dishes and as ingredients in microbiologically sensitive situations..
